h2o’s Social Media daily checklist

Hi there! This is what people received for our October Newsletter this month.

Our newsletter will give you all the changes and ongoings that go on here at h2o. We’ll also be giving you top secret tips for you to optimise your digital world, for you and your business.

Au Revoir Isaac!

Isaac completed his summer work experience with us this month. There were a lot of sad faces in the office.

He worked with us as a junior web developer assisting in the build of some of our clients’ sites. (And bringing in biscuits for our cuppas of course!)

Before he left he wrote about his experience in our blog

Introducing Elevate Point

We’re happy to say that we’re settling to our new home which we are crowning Elevate Point (Official ceremony date tbc). Elevate Point has offices for local businesses and also hosts Taekwondo classes in our Studio.

Who knew?! It’s QUITE the contrast to web design.

We’re still preparing Elevate Points NEW website, and getting the office spaces ready too.

If you’d like to come and take a peek at our progress, or nosey around our office spaces, send an email to hello@h2o-digital.com, or drop us a call on 0115 772 20730.

h2o’s Social Media to do NOW list…it’ll only take 5min

  • Engage Daily
    1. – Check your accounts for a few minutes at least once a day, people may be waiting for answers. As in this day and age, a lot of people would rather make an enquiry online than on the phone, or through email.
    1. Use a Social Media Distributing Tool – You will save a HUGE amount of time when you use a tool such as Hootsuite or Buffer to link all your channels up and post simultaneously. You can set up as many channels as you like in one place. Depending on the plan you choose of course.
    1. Create a Plan – Once you have an idea of WHAT, WHERE and WHEN to post, social media is a breeze. There are many content planning tools out there (but we prefer to use an Excel sheet)
  1. Monitor your Success – After a period of time, we go for every month here at h2o, check the progress of each of your social channels to see whether you’re growing or not. Create a report that you can easily track. This way you can see whether you’re on the right track or not.

Thanks for reading our October newsletter.

If you’ve just remembered there’s a tweak you’ve been meaning to tell us about, if it’s time for a brand -new look, or if you fancy a natter we’d love to hear from you. Give us a call on 0115 772 20730.

Keep it digital,

From all of us here at h2o.
