ARMED FORCES COVENANT
Proud to support our Armed Forces
h2o digital has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise that everyone who serves or has served, and their families, are treated fairly. Here’s why it matters to us, and what we’ve pledged.
WHY WE SIGNED
For us, it’s personal.

My son is a Colour Sergeant in the Grenadier Guards, and both my grandfathers served, one in the Army and one in the Royal Navy.
I’ve seen what service asks of a family: the time away, the moves, and finding your feet in civvy street afterwards. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that everyone who serves or has served, and their families, are treated fairly. Signing it is our way of saying thank you, and putting that thanks into practice.

Our Pledge
At work
- Promote the Armed Forces Covenant to our team, clients and suppliers, and be an Armed Forces-friendly employer.
- Consider veterans for any roles, placements or freelance work we offer, and work with the Career Transition Partnership when we’re recruiting.
- Consider Service spouses and partners for work too, with flexible and remote working wherever we can, so a new posting doesn’t have to mean a new job.
In our community
- Support Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal and Remembrance, here on our website and on social media.
- Offer a discount on web design, digital marketing and automation/CRM work to veterans, serving personnel and their families.
- Help local Armed Forces charities and veterans’ groups with free or discounted website and digital marketing work.
